Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! I try my best to ship everywhere in the world. No shipping options available for your country? Contact me and we’ll make it work!

What is your processing time?

My processing time varies between 1-7 days. Orders including custom bracelets usually take longer. I will ship your order as soon as possible!

Can I track my order?

I only offer tracked shipping for very large orders or orders containing one or multiple tote bags, because I want to keep my shipping costs as low as possible.
But I do post regular updates on my Instagram, so keep an eye out if you want to know if your order has been shipped!

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, but if there is something wrong with your order, be sure to contact me so we can work it out.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If I have already shipped your order, cancellation won’t be possible.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped by regular mail. For orders to the Netherlands this means it will take about 1-4 days to arrive after shipment. International orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. Keep in mind that there might be some delays. If you think something went wrong with your order, please let me know!

I order from the Netherlands but don't have PayPal or a credit card.

I also take payment through iDEAL. If you experience any trouble while ordering with iDEAL, let me know! You can always order by contacting me by sending me an email or DM and I’ll send you a payment request (betaalverzoek/Tikkie).

What about VAT/import costs?

Orders containing paper goods (bookmarks, postcards etc.) are sent by regular mail, which means you are not likely to be charged VAT or other import costs. If otherwise, I am not responsible for this.

Larger orders or orders containing one or multiple tote bags might be applicable for VAT or other import costs when shipped outside of the EU. If so, I am not responsible for this.

Do you offer custom knotted bracelets/bookmarks/keychains or beaded jewelry?

Yes, when I have the time, I do! Prices for custom orders might slightly differ from the normal pricesĀ  when buying large amounts (price might decrease) or requesting specific changes that take more/different materials or more time (price might increase or decrease).

Options for customs:

  • You want to order a design I have in stock but in a different color;
  • You want to order a design that is no longer available/has sold out;
  • You want to order a design but want the bracelet or necklace to be longer/shorter;
  • You want to order a design I have but you want different amounts than I have in stock (example: I have three available in that color but you’d like to get five or more);
  • Other requests.

The closure of my bracelet broke. What do I do now?

I’m so sorry this happened! Knotted bracelets are strong but they can show traces of use after wearing them non-stop everyday.

The closures are quite secure but after some time those specific knots might let loose. If this happens, there are two different things you can do:
